We are a newly established 501(c)(3) preparing for launch and have identified several important initiatives, including Google Ad Grant readiness, workflow automation, social media growth, and donor engagement. While we have a number of opportunities in front of us, we're looking for guidance on where to focus first.

In this one-hour consultation, we'd like an experienced volunteer to help us evaluate our current priorities, identify which initiative is likely to have the greatest impact at this stage, and provide recommendations on how to scope and sequence our next steps. We will share background on our organization, goals, and current projects during the session. The goal is to leave with a clearer roadmap, a prioritized action plan, and guidance on which project should be tackled first and how to define its scope for success.
