We are hiring a senior manager of IT. We need support developing the technical interview, understanding what questions to ask and how to score candidates. We will come in with an initial set of questions and seek brainstorming to refine for a technical level interview. Ideal outcome would be a set of specific IT focused questions and scoring rubric to hire the most qualified candidate.
