Class Administration Project Scoping Session

We need a volunteer to 1) help scope a short-term classes administration and coordination project, and 2) refine our draft project request so it attracts suitable support. We are a small nonprofit that focuses on using the written and spoken word to transform individuals and communities. We operate with part-time staff and an all-volunteer board that manages an ongoing ecosystem of classes and a certification program that are central to our community organization's mission. We will come prepared with a draft Taproot project request for the volunteer to review and suggestions for improvement. In the session, we hope the volunteer will help us:

- Clarify the list of tasks list and roles
- Recommend realistic success criteria and a rough timeline for implementation
- Advise us how to present the request to help prospective volunteers self-select.

Ideally the volunteer has experience with academic or continuing education program administration, and understands the nuances of coordinating classes within a community or membership organization.
