We need a volunteer to advise our team on how to review a loan applicant's business plan and assess financial solvency. The volunteer should outline key financial metrics, common red flags, and a practical review process or checklist for evaluating repayment capacity, explain interpretation of cash flow, profitability, and leverage ratios, and recommend questions to ask applicants. Details and sample financials will be provided during the session.

Organization Mission

The Bee Health Collective is a new initiative to make science-based bee health information accessible to everyone. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit that is dedicated to funding research that enhances honey bee health, survival, and productivity. Bee Health Collective is the avenue by which Project Apis m. relays research results through accessible educational resources. In partnership with Project Apis m., Bee Health Collective funds research that is informed by the needs of beekeepers to develop practical tools, solutions, and educational materials to support honey bee health and pollination security. We invest in the future of honey bee health by funding scholarships for the next generation of honey bee researchers. We partner with key stakeholders to translate research into practical, real-world solutions for bees. We bridge the gap between scientific discovery and practical application, ensuring beekeepers and the public have access to credible, data-driven resources.
