We need a volunteer to discuss and brainstorm clinical and operational considerations for establishing a designated-floor model for a cleft care center within existing international hospital systems. The session should cover high-level issues such as patient flow, staffing roles and coordination with hospital departments, space allocation, infection-control considerations, and scheduling.
