Create a concise corporate sponsorship strategy document that defines target partner profiles, partnership models and benefits, core value propositions, outreach messaging, and a basic engagement and stewardship plan. Specific partner lists and materials will be provided during kickoff.

Securing corporate partnerships will bring funding, in-kind resources, and capacity to redevelop rural health systems in Sierra Leone, strengthening maternal and child health services. Volunteers will help unlock partnerships that directly support life‑saving care and system rebuilding.

Our team will share mission and program materials and any existing sponsorship assets, participate in scheduled check-ins, and give timely feedback so volunteers can iterate and deliver practical, implementable recommendations.
