HubSpot CRM setup and website integration

We are looking for a volunteer to help us build a fully functional HubSpot CRM and integrate it with our website hosted on google.com to streamline operations across our hygiene kit distribution programs, donor and volunteer management, corporate and institutional partnerships, paid workshop inquiries, and intern and board onboarding. Why We Give Project is a Los Angeles-based hygiene equity nonprofit, and as we scale, we need a centralized system to replace the scattered spreadsheets and email threads currently holding our relationship and outreach data.

Your work will involve building the core CRM structure by customizing contact properties and pipeline stages across eight contact types — funding partners, donors, volunteers, interns, board members, nonprofit partners requesting hygiene kits, corporations and public health institutions requesting paid hygiene care workshops, and corporations requesting corporate volunteer events. You will set up automated contact capture from six website forms, each tied to one of these contact types, and configure approximately 13 workflows to track outreach, manage follow-up sequences, support onboarding, and keep daily operations moving. You will also set up task and activity tracking so the Founder has a clear view of priorities each day.

By centralizing our contact data and automating key touchpoints across all of these functions, you will directly increase our capacity to deliver hygiene care to those in need. You will work directly with April Foster, Founder, who will provide access to our website backend, HubSpot account, and existing contact lists.
