Create an Engaging Mission and Vision Video for Youth Transitioning out of Foster Care
Our organization is building a movement of belonging and future tiny home village communities for youth aging out of foster care. We are preparing for a national awareness and partnership tour that will engage communities, sponsors, churches, civic leaders, and supporters across the country.
We are looking for a volunteer to help create a 60-90 second video that communicates:
• The challenges faced by youth aging out of foster care
• Why belonging and community matter
• The vision behind Elev8 Villages
• The impact we hope to create
• An inspiring call to action for supporters and partners
We have existing materials available including organizational messaging, website content, sponsorship materials, photographs, statistics, and visual concepts that can be used as source material.
We are open to a variety of creative approaches including motion graphics, animation, stock footage integration, text-based storytelling, or a hybrid format. The goal is to create a professional, emotionally compelling video that can be used across our website, social media, presentations, sponsorship outreach, fundraising efforts, and our upcoming National Tour.
Elev8 Villages exists to change that reality.
We are building a model where young adults aging out of foster care can access not only safe housing, but also mentorship, meaningful relationships, life skills, employment opportunities, and a true sense of belonging.
A powerful video has the ability to communicate this vision in a way that statistics and written materials alone cannot. It can help people feel the urgency of the problem, understand the solution, and imagine a different future.
The volunteer who takes on this project will help us inspire donors, attract partners, engage communities, and build the support needed to launch the first Elev8 Village.
Their work will become one of the primary storytelling tools used throughout our National Tour and beyond. The impact of this project extends far beyond the creation of a video. It helps build awareness, funding, partnerships, and momentum for a model designed to transform lives for generations.
Every partnership formed, every donor inspired, and every future village created will be strengthened by the story you help us tell.
The volunteer will have direct access to the founder throughout the project and will receive consolidated feedback to ensure an efficient process. We can provide existing branding, messaging, statistics, visual concepts, and examples of videos that inspire us.
Our team is prepared to implement the final video immediately across multiple channels, including fundraising presentations, sponsor outreach, website content, social media, community events, and the National Tour.
This project has strong organizational support and a clear path to implementation, ensuring that the volunteer's work will be actively used rather than sitting on a shelf.
