We are looking for a volunteer to do a one-hour review of our workflows (donor, membership, event, and QuickBooks). After which we creating a roadmap document comparing the pros/cons/costs of a custom build, integration via middleware (Zapier), or full migration to a new CRM (e.g., NeonCRM)

Integrating and simplifying event, membership, volunteer, and fundraising systems will let Junior League of Reading volunteers and leaders focus more on volunteer action, collaboration, and training, strengthening women’s leadership and the organization’s meaningful community impact.

Volunteers will review current system inventories and stakeholder use cases to complete the assessment roadmap. The volunteer team and our staff will collaborate to ensure the roadmap is actionable and ready to guide next steps.
