We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us develop a board-ready strategic plan draft, a prioritized action roadmap, and a concise presentation deck.

In this project, you will:
- Review our existing organizational materials and conduct short interviews with key stakeholders.
- Synthesize this information into a strategic plan draft that clarifies our top priorities.
- Create a 'parking lot' for secondary goals to keep our immediate roadmap focused.
- Develop a summary slide deck to present these recommendations to our Board of Directors.

A focused strategic plan will help the organization concentrate efforts and resources on activities that educate and empower students and educators to use technology safely, prevent cyberbullying, and foster digital wellness and inclusive communities. Volunteers’ work will increase program clarity and board confidence.

We will collaborate closely with volunteers, share existing materials and organizational context, and make stakeholders available for short interviews. Success is a clear, prioritized plan and a presentation your board can review and act on.
