Create a replicable data system including refined pre/post survey instruments (use validated scales where possible), a comparison-group or quasi-experimental evaluation design, documented data cleaning and coding protocols, secure data storage guidance, an Excel or Airtable impact dashboard, and an annual impact report template.

This project will enable Find Your Path Mission to demonstrate measurable improvements in youth self-efficacy, resilience, emotional regulation, and sense of purpose. By aligning measurement with the mission of offering youth in Mexico education, mentorship, and caring homes, volunteers will help strengthen program improvement, donor reporting, and model replication across care settings.

We have planned pre/post surveys and defined target outcomes; staff will share existing planning notes, draft instruments, and any current data. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to finalize instruments, pilot methods, document protocols, and deliver usable dashboards and templates.
